Autumn must have accessories || red baker boy cap

If you have been following the fashion trends or seen the catwalks for A/W17 you will know red is the IT colour for the seasons. If not, then I’m telling you now, red, is IT. Get yourself some red pieces and trust me you’ll look on trend without even trying for possibly even less than £10!

Styling red for Autumn /Winter

The easiest way I find to incorporate red into your outfit without going on full POW in your face here’s my bright red coat, is to have a couple of red accessories and I wrote a post just before this one on Autumn must-have accessories, you can read that here, if you haven’t lusted after most of the items on there already. Only a couple of those accessories are red because red isn’t the only colour for A/W – Uh hello mustard, burnt orange and green! Pairing the red ASOS boots in the widget below with a green scarf and red studs I think could look so chic and cosy on anyone!

Styling red for Autumn /WinterMy recent favourite and newest accessory for my collection is this red LOTD baker boy cap – Yes, I’ve spoken about Baker Boy caps now till the cows came home. But I freaking love them and I see more and more bloggers wearing them, which is awesome because that means high street stores will shortly bring in more styles. This particular one cost £8 but if caps aren’t your thing then opt for a red bobble hat! Super cute and ready for the snow (fingers crossed)

Of course, if you find the perfect red clothing piece then rock it! I find black and red compliment each other perfectly so perhaps pair the red la Redoute trousers with a black turtleneck top or opt for the ASOS red fluffy coat with a tight pair of black skinny jeans (I’d stay away from loose fitting jeans when wearing a chunky coat as it may make you look square and shapeless)

    1. Thanks, Ffion 🙂 This has made my evening. *Googles Taylor Swift merch* – Oh yeah, I can see what you mean! Aw, my sister has ginger hair and she can wear red dresses and tops all the time. I’m fairly confident you could look damn hot in a red wrap dress! 😉 x
